Buying Binders?

Here are some tips on buying binders for AFAB individuals!

When buying a binder always look for size charts, getting the right size binder is very important! If you get one that is too small it could damage your ribcage. When you have your measurements always go one size up when ordering! This is because some companies maybe foreign and could have small sizes even though the measurements are similar.

Never buy clipped binders! These are very bad for your ribs and could do permanent damage. This happens because there is no elasticity which then gives your ribs no room to breathe. Binders shouldn't hurt you! If you have ordered a binder and it hurts return it! Good companies to visit for binders are GC2B, Spectrum outfitters, and Underworks.

You could buy binders off of amazon but make sure they are vest binders and elastic. Be very careful though as I wouldn't recommend this, this is more of a last resort situation.
